Amazon Customer Review: "my wife loved this phone. even after replacing it with windows phone 7 on a samsung focus it took her a while to stop saying she prefered the SNAP. once you got used to the interface and keyboard it was great but of course, now with the windows phone 7 around this thing sits in the corner collecting dust now."

So an impressive phone with a neat feature to keep you instantly informed of contact from important people in your life.
