According to reports, Shakti Stream and boyfriend, Colt Brennan are in a stable condition after they were in an accident in Hawaii yesterday. Another woman was involved in the accident, but details on her and her condition aren't confirmed at the moment.
Honolulu’s Star Advisor newspaper reports that Stream suffered a broken collarbone and spent the night in the hospital, but will be released today. Colt Brennan suffered cracked ribs, a left collarbone injury and possible head trauma, but none of it was life-threatening. Stream was driving an SUV with Brennan as her passenger. The Star Advisor says she told police the brake malfunctioned and caused her to cross the center line, colliding with a Saab head-on. Neither car was speeding. The unidentified driver of the Saab had serious leg injuries and was transported to an Oahu hospital.
So a nasty occurence for the couple and they will be hoping they can make a full recovery as soon as possible.
Today sees Chicago taking part in their Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights which raises the curtain on the holiday season with a day and night of festivities. ABC reports that it is going to attract about 800,000 spectators so this is going to be a very busy event taking place in downtown Chicago.
For people unable to attend the festivities in person, ABC 7 will air the evening Festival of Lights live and repeat the program at later dates. The Magnificent Mile 2010 Lights Festival, presented by Harris, starts at 11:00 a.m., with entertainment. Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be on hand to lead the parade and join in on the illumination of Lights in the Festival. Disney characters Phineas and Ferb will be joining Mickey and Minnie Mouse for the parade. Over one million lights will be illuminated on the Magnificent Mile for the holiday season.
So plenty to look forward to for young and old and would be a great way to get yourself into the festive spirit by checking it out.

This tv blew me away. Prior to this i had a 26 inch Hyundai LCD. Not a bad TV by any means it just lacked HDMI. SO since a 26in is the largest tv I can get sent to me I decided to go with this Phillips. I am so glad I did. This tv has all of the perks of a LCD yet looks like a plasma. The colors are rich and breathtaking. It also has plenty of inputs. The only bad thing is if you sit close to the tv you can see the pixels. The speakers I have yet to try out since I have a Bose 3-2-1 system. When the TV is off it still grabs you attention with its sleek appearance. All and all I love this TV and I am very happy with my purchase. Phillips in my mind has always made one of the best TVs of the market

The annual Leonid meteor shower occurs again tonight, November 17th and through to the 18th. You'll be able to see a meteor streaking across the sky every few minutes as there will be 15 to 20 that will appear every hour. Discovery magazine says it's more like 20 to 30 an hour however.
The best time to observe should be after midnight, when the earth is facing the incoming bits of gravel. No telescope needed, just a space far away from light pollution where you have a wide view of the sky, and maybe a lawn chair to keep you from getting a crick in your neck. Unfortunately, the gibbous moon will be bright this year. If you're really intent on having the best view, stay up until the wee hours of the morning, when the moon sets and allows the sky to darken, around 5:15 am.

Chad Ochocinco has apparently popped the question to "Basketball wives" star Evelyn Lozada and wanting her to become a football wife instead. The Cincinnati Bengals player and "Dancing with the Stars" alum proposed to Lozada on Tuesday say reports.
Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Ochocinco proposed in Cincinnati with a 10-carat engagement ring.
The pair have been dating for four months. Lozada posted a picture of the ring on her Twitter account, writing, "I'm no rabbit but 10 carats looks good on me!!" No wedding date has been set, but the pair plans to stay engaged for a while, according to the report. Evelyn Lozada was formerly engaged to NBA player Antoine Walker and she co-owns the upscale shoe boutique Dulce.

I haven see a lot of people that bash the product.Yes the product is cheap (would you like to pay 100 plus for apple to do it), but it works. This repair is easy and fast to do. The biggest problem is that people try to remove the old screen like they are removing the lung nuts on their car. I have repaired may Apple products before. This was my first IPod Touch. I have learned with Apple is, everything is beautiful with their product, shiny, sleek and fine lines, which mean, TIGHT!!!! You have to remove (even if the old screen is broken)the old screen very gently. TAKE YOUR TIME!! You are going to trash the bezel, no mater what, the clips lock on with a death grip. Order a new Bezel with the screen, the only thing you will get from the old bezel is the button, and be careful on removing that too. Make sure you order a bezel that has the adhesive tape running the whole length of the bezel, there are many on Amazon to order from. The repair took about 20 minutes. One more thing, there are Many Videos on Youtube on the repair, watch them, study them, learn..
So if you're one of the unlucky ones to have dropped your phone on the ground or dropped something heavy on it and as a result have a cracked screen this is just what you need to get it back to full health.

Leading up to Ronni Chasen being fatally shot after the "burlesque" after party in Beverly Hills, early Tuesday morning, one work colleague of the Hollywood publicist described here as being "happy-go-lucky and gossipy and fun," just before she left the party before the shocking events took place.
Chasen was walking the party with her client Diane Warren, who wrote the song "You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me" for the film's soundtrack. But minutes after she left, Chasen was shot multiple times in the chest. She crashed her Mercedes-Benz E350 into a light pole near Sunset Boulevard and Whittier Drive about 12:30 a.m. Paramedics rushed her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead about an hour later.
So a horribly tragic night for all connected to the publicist and here's hoping the culprit behind the murder is caught and given a very heavy sentence.
Reports confirm that Dean Sheremet has decided to tie the know again. This time the chef is engaged to Sarah Silver, a photographer, and People magazine are believed to be the first ones to declare the news and LeAnn Rimes, Dean's ex wife, is also to have been heard congratulating the couple on her twitter page.
She cited ‘a little birdie’ as her source in the tweet. Rimes is also known to have responded to many of her fans’ questions regarding the engagement. It was palpable from her tweets that she was happy with her Ex- husband getting engaged. It is also learnt that Sheremet proposed while the couple was spending a morning together. The source also confirms the couple is due to get married in NYC next summer.
Whether there is bad blood between Dean and Rimes isn't clear as her twitter tweets could be a formality for her to save face.
It appears to be that youtube star Messy Mya is the victim of a rumour that he is dead. News stories have been abound the the comedian was shot and killed in Louisiana while leaving his girlfriend’s baby shower. None of the rumors have yet to be confirmed by an official media source.

John Force grabbed his 15th NHRA funny car championship this Sunday with an against the odds, come-from-behind victory in the Auto Club NHRA Finals. Force was lagging behind Matt Hagan by 38 entering Sunday's eliminations, but Hagan was defeated by Bob Tasca in the first round, giving an opportunity to Force.
Force's second-round victory over Bob Bode clinched the title. It's the first championship for the 61-year-old Force since 2006 and the first since he suffered serious leg injuries in a crash at Ennis, Texas three years ago. "I love all the people who stood by me when I was sick," Force said. "My arms and legs are good again like I was 40. I had to get back. I couldn't let my career end with that. This means everything. It's special to me. Hagan's a great kid and has his whole life ahead of him, but my time is running out. Ford should have fired me. I sucked. But they stuck with me. This old man's legs ain't broke no more. I'm back."

Manny Pacquiao beat Antonio Margarito on Saturday night and it wasn't done with much elegance. The fight was so brutal that Margarito will have to go through facial surgery to fix a fractured orbital bone on his face, according to espn.com. Margarito's face was cut open in the match and was very swollen by the end of the 12th round, but the Mexican managed to pull through to the end before being defeated to a unanimous decision to Pacquiao.
"The was no way I was going to quit," Margarito said. "I'm a Mexican, we fight until the end."
If Margarito were in the other corner, though, on Saturday night, he might not have been allowed to finish. "I was surprised how tough he was," said Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach. "He has the worst corner. They probably ruined his career by not stopping the fight." Pacquiao also shared concern for Margarito during the fight. "I told the referee, 'Look at his eyes, look at his cuts,'" he said. "I did not want to damage him permanently. That's not what boxing is about."
So a brutal encounter for Margarito and he will be hoping to recover as soon as possible for another dual.
