Charlie Sheen's co star on "Two and a Half Men", Jon Cryer has spoken out about his reaction to the show getting cancelled and he has said that he is "shocked" about what he heard and he is the first castmember to speak out following this week's sudden turn of events with the show.

Commenting via Twitter, Cryer wrote: “It’s too sad! Sorry guys, that you must hear so bad news! I’m also shocked!” Cryer, who plays Sheen’s brother on the long-running CBS hit, retweeted a follower who commented “Two and a Half Men is axed.”CBS pulled the plug on its top-rated comedy following Sheen’s string of hostile interviews earlier this week bashing Men executive producer Chuck Lorre. Famous comedian Denis Leary tweeted, "Is it just me or is Charlie Sheen starting to sound a lot like Moammar Kaddafi?"

So Jon Cryer, his main co star on the show has given his reaction along with other celebrities, who next will reveal more on the strange outburst from Sheen?

It seems to be that the Twitter server is down at the moment and users can't access the site. The status site has left a note saying “Currently experiencing elevated error rates — You may experience some problems loading twitter.com and with Twitter clients. We are aware of the problem and are taking action.”

Based on some searches on Google, it does appear that some people are able to post messages — it does look like if you use a third-party client (Seesmic, HooterSuite, TweetDeck) you might still be able to get in. This is the first time for an extended Twitter outage in quite a long time. In the old days of Twitter outages, we would all hop on the bus to Friendfeed but that is no longer an option since many have left that service. If you are a social media ninja, social media rockstar and are really upset or need someone to talk to because of this outage, please call 867-5309.

So it seems a lot of people who use the Twitter site will be disgruntled with the technical fault and will want to know why it occured.

Charlie Sheen has been caught on microphone sticking it to his boss and the penalty for the loose tongue has been harsh and immediate. The show in which he has kept his name famous in recent years, "Two and a Half Men" has been cancelled and he is out of a job.

CBS and Warner Bros. Television, which produces the hit sitcom, shut down the show for the rest of the season. The decision was based on a series of interviews in which Sheen excoriated “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre, first on Alex Jones’ conspiracy-minded radio show, and then to TMZ.com. “I’ve spent, I think, close to the last decade, I don’t know, effortlessly and magically converting [Lorre’s] tin cans into pure gold,” he told Jones. “And the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write.” Angry that the show didn’t resume production when he felt ready, Sheen slammed Lorre as a “clown” and referred to him as “Chaim Levine,” a Hebrew variation on his birth name, Charles Levine.

So Sheen has had to pay a heavy price for airing his views as brutal as he did and he will no doubt be regretting it.

lincoln tunnel accident

More news on the accident that occurred in the Manhatten-bound center tube of the Lincoln Tunnel early this morning, has been revealed. The New York Fire Department claim two buses crashed into a motorbike in the tunnel. The Motorcycylist is apparently severely injured and had been taken to Bellevue Hospital in Manhatten.

He has received a fractured femur and shoulder, an NYFD spokesperson said. The crash victim was intubated at the hospital, the spokesperson added. A total of 52 people were injured in the incident. Some were treated at the scene, while 13 were taken to Roosevelt Hospital in New York. North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue Co-Director Jeff Welz spoke with Port Authority officials who estimated that the center tube will remain closed for a "good part of the day" as officials investigate the accident.

So a shocking accident and hopefully there were no extreme ramifications for the people injured in it.

Charlie Sheen has played the field as of late, being seen with many female friends but it appears only one of them is the apple of his eye. The star of "Two and a Half Men" has been seen partying hard with porn stars and prostitutes but now it appears he is focused on one report radar online and that is a 24-year old woman called Natalie Kenly.

Kenly, the site says, is a graphic designer who was a cheerleader at Sherman Oaks HIgh School in Los Angeles. She also has a history of partying -- though, while Sheen has been a wild child since the 80s, Kenly was arrested for underage drinking in 2006. So there's a bit of an age gap. Sheen and Kenly were seen smooching on Tuesday(pictured left). At the time, Sheen wasn't too interested in sharing her identity with the world (unless she has a very unique nickname), telling inquiring reporters, "None of your f**king business."

So it appears the classic 80's actor has found a new flame with this young lady and time will tell how long it lasts.

deadliest catch star found dead

Fisherman on the show "Deadliest Catch", Justin Tennison was found dead on Tuesday and as of yet the causes to the passing are unknown. The member of the Time Bandit fishing crew was found in a motel room in Alaska. Beer, hard liquor and a minimal amount of marijuana were found with him reported a policeman by the name of Randy Rosencrans.

Police believe a party was held in the room on Monday night - two rooms were registered under Tennison's name and nearby guests complained about the noise. Foul play isn't suspected, Rosencrans said. An autopsy by the state medical examiner's office was scheduled to take place later Wednesday. The 34-year-old Tennison is set to make a posthumous debut in the Discovery Channel series' seventh season, which is scheduled to begin in April, Discovery spokesman Josh Weinberg said.

So a puzzling and sad demise of the Tv fisherman and surely more information surrounding the cause will be revealed in time.

Last week he may have been pulling everybody's leg about getting balded on Jimmy Kimmel but now he has definitely dropped the bowl cut haircut for a more mature look which has surprised many fans and left them shellshocked. His signature locks which have drawn many a female gaze across the globe have now been chopped.

The teen heartthrob’s new look debuted on Twitter today with this photo (left). But it wasn’t the Biebs that sent out the pic, it was Rascal Flatts band member Jay DeMarcus. Justin is working on a new song with Rascal Flatts called That Should Be Me. Earlier today, Justin tweeted this message to his fans: “Thinking about getting a haircut….hmmmmmm,” but before Bieber could show off the look himself, Jay posted the pic, along with this message to Justin “Ooooops! Sorry Bieber!!!!”

So teen heartthrob Bieber has changed his style for a more mature approach and some will be heartbroken and some will be pleased.

It appears that newborn twins of Céline Dion and husband, René Angélil, are already excelling at language skills. According to the artist and holder of a grammy, the babies are already speaking French as well as English. The singer was interviewed today on the Oprah Winfrey show about them.

"We mainly speak French to them," Dion tells Oprah Winfrey in an interview airing today (February 21). "And they speak French to us, too. "They wave, they speak French -- they've got it all," joked Céline. Although little Nelson and Eddy aren't really talking yet, they're existance alone is pretty miraculous to Dion and Angélil, who struggled to conceive the babies after five failed attempts at IVF. "When Saturday at 11:11 came, and they showed us the first baby that was crying, we were crying," René recounted. "It was a very emotional moment, and even though we didn't speak to each other, we were both thinking about the time it took."

So it appears that as well as being blessed by having children in a latter stage in life the couple also have 2 pretty intelligent sons on their hands.

A graphic series of events during a murder in Lifetime's "The Amanda Knox Story" has been edited out after Knox's and Meredith Kercher's family complained about the scene, reports have emerged. The film is centered around the stabbing death of British student Meredith Kercher in the town of Perugia in Italy in November 2007.

The victim’s roommate Amanda Knox and her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito were convicted in 2009 of sexually assaulting and killing the 21-year-old. A third killer Rudy Guede, an Ivory Coast citizen, was convicted of participating in the slaying in a separate trial. In the cut scene, Meredith (Amanda Fernando Stevens) appeared in a grey bra and jeans as she was pinned down and stabbed by her three alleged killers, including Knox (Hayden Panetierre) and Sollecito (Paolo Romio), London's Telegraph reported.

So controversy has been stoked up on the back of the making of the film and the storyline was apparently too near the knuckle for the family of the victims to stomach.

Elisa Baker was today given a charge of second-degree murder linked to the death of her handicapped 10-year-old stepdaughter, Zahra Clare Baker, whose remains was found scattered across many locations in North Carolina. The indicment revealed that Baker had "a history and pattern of physical, verbal and psychological abuse of the victim," The Charlotte Observer reported.

Also that she had "desecrated the victim's body to hinder detection, investigation and prosecution of the offense." Zahra, who had battled cancer and needed an artificial leg, was reported missing on Oct. 9 by her father, Adam Baker. Authorities believe the girl had been killed more than two weeks earlier. The grand jurors alleged that Elisa Baker "secreted the victim from family and others prior to and after the offense, delaying detection of the offense," the Hickory Daily Record reported.

So a harrowing story being brought to justice with damning evidence of the perpetraitor and more details on her sentencing will surely follow.

 It's been reported that 24 year-old Amber Heard has been chalked in on NBC's new Playboy series in a role of a woman called Maureen who is employed at the playboy club as a new hire. Heard has appeared in movies such as Pineapple Express, Zombieland, Friday Night Lights and North Country.

The lead role of Carol-Lynne played by Laura Benati whose best known work so far has been on the series Eli Stone. Benati's character is said to be approaching her last days as a Playboy Bunny on the series and her standing is threatened by some of the newer Girls. Carol-Lynne will be involved with a Chicago Mobster. Naturi Naughton also stars and you might remember her from moderate successes like Lottery Ticket, Fame (2009) and a brief turn on AMC's Mad Men (an inspiration for this new Series) also as a Playboy Bunny.

So a promising role for the up and coming actress who will certainly turn far more heads in this more high profile role.

Blake Griffin managed to fly over a cart to execute a two-handed dunk in the slam dunk contest of 2011 and it was also perfect evidence that The Clippers' rising star is merely at the opening of a fantastic ride in the sport. The leap won the contest and a choir was at midcourt lending their belief to him that he could soar.

Griffin easily cleared the hood of the 2011 Kia Optima and caught a pass from teammate Baron Davis out of the sunroof while the berobed Crenshaw Select Choir sang "I Believe I Can Fly," winning the 26th NBA dunk contest in iconic style before his hometown fans. "There's a little pressure on us to really put on a show, but I thought those guys all did a great job," said Griffin, who beat Washington's Javale McGee in the final.

So a fantastic leap of faith from the up and coming basketball star and one that won't be forgotten by many for a long time to come.
