free shipping day

free shipping day

Been delaying your christmas buys and worried about the shipping charges that come along with them? Today could be the answer to your prayers. With one week left til christmas, over 1000 online retailers are teaming up for the third annual free shipping day.

About 1,300 retailers are offering some sort of free shipping deal, 60 percent of which will waive shipping charges on all orders, according freeshippingday.org which organized the event.

The site put together a list of its top 25 merchants, which includes Barnes & Noble, Dell, Overstock.com, TomTom, and more. Some stores will apply the free shipping offer directly to your order, while others (like Barnes & Noble) require shoppers to enter a discount code at checkout. Codes can be found on FreeShippingDay.org. Last week, Amazon extended its free shipping deadline for a Christmas delivery until today, December 17. People who buy more than $25 worth of merchandise will get free shipping and on-time delivery.

So a great offer you should take advantage of if you were stressing over shipping charges.
