The best thing about this book is that there are 63 care plans based on NANDA nursing diagnoses, and then there are another 121 care plans for specific diseases. In the disease care plans, there are multiple nursing diagnoses that you can choose from, and then goals, outcomes, assessments, etc. I found it to be very straightforward and user friendly, and so much better than the online care plan constructor that I used to use."
