If you've get leftovers following yesterday's thanksgiving there's more to getting rid of it then simply placing stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, turkey, gravy in a sandwich. You can also utilise leftover Turkey by making a soup out of it. How do you make one? Read on for more details...

Ingredients: Reserved turkey, legs, wings and thighs from Roasted Turkey Breast with Spicy Herb Oil, 3 sprigs fresh thyme, 2 bay leaves, Kosher salt, 2 tablespoons canola oil, 1 medium onion chopped, 2 stalks celery chopped, 1 carrot chopped
