applebees veterans day 2010

applebees veterans day 2010

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar chain is paying honor to Veterans on Veterans day 2010 by offering free meals to all Vets and active duty service members from 10am to when restaurants shut today. To receive the gift service men and women need only provide proof of military service and wearing their uniform is considered proof of service, as is a pay stub, or just ID.

With a wide variety of entrees available the company hopes to have something for everyone. The Veterans Day menu this year includes seven choices, the 7 oz House Sirloin Steak, Chicken Tenders, Bacon Cheeseburger, Double Crunch Shrimp, Three Cheese Penne, Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the Oriental Chicken Salad. The Applebee’s chain expects to serve more than one million free meals this year to show their gratitude for the sacrifices these men and women have made for our country over the years.

So Veterans can treat themselves to a day of free food at applebees as a nice thank you for their services for their country.
